RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We inspect ALL of our products carefully for defects before shipment. However if for any reason you do not like what we send you, we will be more than happy to workout a store credit for you.

You can return unwanted/unused products within 7 working business days of receipt of your goods for store credit only, NO REFUND.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase because of size/fit, we’ll assist you with a prompt return. Ground shipping on any replacement order will be the customer responsibility. Giftedfits.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to SEVEN days after you receive the package.
Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached for EXCHANGE ONLY for the same product. Also, please make sure to provide us with: Name, phone number, order number, and desired size.
Customer is responsible for shipping cost when EXCHANGING ANY MERCHANDISE.

PRE-ORDERS & Custom products
At this current time pre-orders and customization takes 3-6 weeks to process before shipping. Once the Order has been process, it will take 3-7 business days to ship.
